New Helpdesk System May 22, 2015

Solution

I had to re-install the helpdesk system because the previous system broke when we migrated to a new server a few days ago.

It is the a new version of the same software but, none of the previous system's data was able to be imported..so, if you had a helpdesk account before, you will still need to open a new account on this new helpdesk.
